Marketing Manager/Virtual Assistant Position

Specifics: Starting at about 10 hours a month. Starting at $30/hour 

Preferences: Experience with marketing, social media marketing and experience. Would be a good fit for someone in the perinatal health field or a student. Prefer someone passionate about connecting families with inclusive providers and can work independently.

Primary Goal: Market the Inclusive Provider Directory and acquire new members/nurture current members

Social Media

  • Create 2-3 posts a week (mix of reels, carousel and static posts)

  • Share new provider profiles to stories

  • Respond to DMs

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer questions/technical difficulties (with support of IT/programmer). 

Data Collection

  • There isn’t a current way to track referrals/contacts on the back end. Develop a method to keep track of how many contacts they’ve received and how many converted to clients

Blog Posts

  • Create educational blog posts and resources (ex. importance of inclusive care, what kinds of providers parents/families need on their team, downloadable checklists, etc)

  • Reach out to providers interested in writing blog posts. 

Marketing

  • Create marketing materials and outreach
