Marketing Manager/Virtual Assistant Position
Specifics: Starting at about 10 hours a month. Starting at $30/hour
Preferences: Experience with marketing, social media marketing and experience. Would be a good fit for someone in the perinatal health field or a student. Prefer someone passionate about connecting families with inclusive providers and can work independently.
Primary Goal: Market the Inclusive Provider Directory and acquire new members/nurture current members
Social Media
Create 2-3 posts a week (mix of reels, carousel and static posts)
Share new provider profiles to stories
Respond to DMs
Customer Service
Respond to customer questions/technical difficulties (with support of IT/programmer).
Data Collection
There isn’t a current way to track referrals/contacts on the back end. Develop a method to keep track of how many contacts they’ve received and how many converted to clients
Blog Posts
Create educational blog posts and resources (ex. importance of inclusive care, what kinds of providers parents/families need on their team, downloadable checklists, etc)
Reach out to providers interested in writing blog posts.

Create marketing materials and outreach
